Meet Kerenza Plohman

Kerenza Plohman is the eHealth Project Coordinator at FNHSSM.  She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law, where she specialized in Human Rights Law. Her past work experience includes roles as a Senior Health Policy Analyst at Indigenous organizations.  She recently worked at Pauktuutit Inuit Women of Canada, where she led a project to fund and construct shelters and transitional houses for Inuit women and gender diverse people escaping family violence.  This resulted in the federal government awarding 110 million dollars to construct twenty Inuit shelters in the North and in urban areas.  She also led the Red Amautiit project, which was a commemoration and awareness campaign for MMIWG2S+. She is excited about her role at FNHSSM!
